The researcher had identified that most of the participants were of the age between 24-37 years and most of the participants have an experience of minimum 0-3 years. 12 of the participants have stated that the think the factors of specifications and standards are the major factors that will help in up streaming the SMC facilities of healthcare within India. Another 15 participants have stated that delivering the factors on a timely manner will help the supply chain in improving with respect to the healthcare facilities in India. Additionally, 25 participants feel that safety plays an important role in transferring the materials from one region to another. Another 28 participants feel that misplacing the equipments related to medical facilities is one of the major issues that need to be addressed within the supply chain in India. The research has helped in identifying the major factors that needs to be managed within the supply chain of medical facilities in India. The researcher has also been able to analyze the delivery of the medical facilities in a timely manner so that the supply chain can be effective within India. The issues that are present in the SCM healthcare has been analyzed in an effective manner and proper recommendations have been provided as well.
